Our Vision:
The Dominion HOA exists to preserve and enhance The Dominion as the premier San Antonio community of choice. The goal is that the percentage increase of property values in The Dominion is higher than any other San Antonio PUD of similar status. This vision will be accomplished through tactics in eight primary pillars of our strategic plan as follows:
-Encourage active involvement of our members
-Managing security as our top priority
-Promoting a safe environment
-Effective management of the physical plant and facilities
-Effective management of financial resources
-Enforcement of the HOA covenants and restrictions
-Participating in the greater San Antonio community
-Interworking relationships with Dominion Country Club
Special Notices
Reminder -Dominion HOA Dues
The Dominion HOA dues will be $205.00 per month effective January 1, 2012. The payments are due by the 20th of each month.
Reminder -QuickPass Access Control Systems
The Dominion HOA is in the process of converting all residents to the new QuickPass transponders. These transponders are $35.00 each and will installed by an HOA staff member. The old transmitters will be deactivated by mid-February, so please stop be the HOA office as soon as possible to obtain the new QuickPass transponder.
