The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that The Dominion has recently adopted a new Community Manual in response to new legislation affecting Texas homeowners associations adopted during the 82nd Texas Legislation Session.
The Dominion Community Manual is a complete collection of the association's rules, regulations, policies and procedures affecting owners, residents, builders, developers, and their invitees. Among other things, the Community Manual contains new rules regarding solar devices, flags, religious items, rain water harvesting. Statutory noticing requirements and revised policies on pets, vehicle operation and safety, and architectural control/construction matters.
We strongly encourage each member to review the Community Manual, especially if you are planning on bringing any construction matters to the Architectural Control Committee.
